3. What we collect and why

We collect only the information necessary for the purposes described below. You are never required to provide us with information, but some services may not be available without it.

3.1 Contact form / general enquiries

What we collect: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
Why: to answer your questions and follow up on your request.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for profiling purposes without your consent.

The information transmitted to these suppliers is limited to what is necessary for the service concerned.

12. Confidentiality incidents

We maintain a register of confidentiality incidents. Should an incident presenting a risk of serious injury occur, we would promptly notify the individuals concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information, and take the steps necessary to reduce its consequences and prevent it from recurring.

13. Minors

Our site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 14 years of age without the consent of the person having parental authority. If you believe we hold such information, contact the officer identified in section 2 and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may amend this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. If a significant change is made, we will inform you by an appropriate means.
