Our History
From irrigation to high-end lighting
The history of Éclairage Oasis began in 1996 in La Prairie, specializing in residential and commercial irrigation systems. Over the years, the company has served more than 4,000 irrigation customers on Montreal’s South Shore, building a solid reputation for reliability and service.
In 2005, Terry Katerelos embarked on a new direction that would shape the company’s future: the development of a service dedicated to landscape and architectural outdoor lighting. What began as a natural extension of the landscaping services quickly became Éclairage Oasis’s true specialty, driven by an artistic vision of lighting and a clientele seeking exceptional results.
For more than twenty years, Terry and his team have been refining an approach that combines artistic design with technical expertise. This expertise, developed project after project, has established Éclairage Oasis as a trusted name in landscape and architectural lighting in the Greater Montreal area.
The company continues to offer its irrigation services on the South Shore, while focusing its growth and expertise on the design and installation of high-end outdoor lighting systems throughout Greater Montreal, the South Shore, Laval, and the Laurentians.

Every project begins with an evening visit to the client’s property. This step allows us to assess the actual nighttime environment—including shaded areas, architectural features to highlight, vegetation, and views—in order to design lighting that respects the unique character of each location.
